# List document category mappings

`GET /lokta-lms/api/v1/documentcategories`

Example Requests:

- documentcategories
- documentcategories?entityType=loans

Reports mappings whose code value has since been deactivated as well; an administrator has to be able to see
the mapping that stopped working. An unknown entityType is a 400 here, unlike on the entity-scoped template
read, because a typo on a configuration screen should be reported rather than answered with an empty list.
