# Retrieve the document category configuration template

`GET /lokta-lms/api/v1/documentcategories/template`

Returns the entity types that support document categories and the active category and tag values.

What could be configured: the entity types that support classification, and every active value of the
DocumentCategory and DocumentTags codes.

Not to be confused with GET {entityType}/{entityId}/documents/template, which answers the narrower question of
what one entity's documents may actually be filed as.

## Responses
- `200`: OK
