# Approve a state-change request

`POST /lokta-lms/api/v1/sourcing-partners/{partnerId}/state-change-requests/{requestId}/approval`

Approves a state-change request and applies the change.

**You cannot approve your own request** (`422 sourcing/checker_is_maker`); checked at this moment, against roles as they are now, never against a snapshot from request time. Approval applies the transition in the same act: partner status changes, and one history row (`event: approved`, from→to, checker as actor) records it. `reason` optional.

## Parameters
- `partnerId` (path, string, required)
- `requestId` (path, string, required)
- `Idempotency-Key` (header, string): Per-intent key
