# List sourcing partners

`GET /lokta-lms/api/v1/sourcing-partners`

Lists sourcing partners, with filters for status and a search on name or external id.

Cursor-paginated register. `status` is repeatable for multi-select (`?status=active&status=pending`) and accepts either case. `search` matches name or external id and must be at least 2 characters; a shorter one is rejected rather than ignored, so a client that meant to filter never silently receives everything. Sorted by name, tie-broken by id, which is what makes the cursor safe: without a total order, two partners sharing a name could be skipped or repeated across a page boundary.

`fees_ytd` is null until a fee run has produced accruals; absence is not a measurement, and a zero would read as "earned nothing" rather than "never computed".

## Parameters
- `status` (query, array): pending | active | inactive; repeatable
- `partner_type` (query, string): Partner type code, e.g. DSA
- `search` (query, string): Name or external id, minimum 2 characters
- `parent_partner_id` (query, string): Public id of the parent partner
- `limit` (query, integer): Default 25, maximum 100
- `cursor` (query, string): Opaque; never parse it
