# Retrieve one sourcing partner

`GET /lokta-lms/api/v1/sourcing-partners/{id}`

Returns one sourcing partner with its details, contacts, current terms and status history.

The list shape plus `details`, `contacts`, `current_terms`, `document_count`, `bank_account_count` and `status_history`, enough to draw a partner page in one call.

`details` is null when the legal dossier was never captured, which is a different state from captured-and-empty. `current_terms` is the partner's default agreement in force; a product-specific override is not "current", since it applies only to that product.

Carries an `ETag`; send it back as `If-Match` on a PATCH so a concurrent edit cannot be silently overwritten.
