# Withdraw a state-change request

`DELETE /lokta-lms/api/v1/sourcing-partners/{partnerId}/state-change-requests/{requestId}`

Withdraws a state-change request. Only the person who made it can.

Anyone else's "no" is a rejection, which carries a reason and lands differently in the trail. `reason` optional; withdrawing your own ask explains itself.

## Parameters
- `partnerId` (path, string, required)
- `requestId` (path, string, required)
- `Idempotency-Key` (header, string): Per-intent key

## Request body (application/json)
- `reason` (string): Why the request is being withdrawn.

## Responses
- `default`: default response

## Example request (cURL)
```bash
curl -X DELETE \
  'https://default.lokta.tech/lokta-lms/api/v1/sourcing-partners/{partnerId}/state-change-requests/{requestId}' \
  -u '{username}:{password}' \
  -H 'Tenant-Identifier: default'
```
