List loan attributions

GET/lokta-lms/api/v1/loan-attributions

Lists loan attributions, newest first.

Cursor-paginated, newest first. Filter by loan_id, partner_id or loan_external_id.

A loan with no row here is Direct; the lender found the borrower itself. That is an answer, not a gap, and there is deliberately no sentinel "Direct" partner: such a row could be attributed, paid a fee and invoiced, and every aggregate would have to remember to exclude it.

loan_id is the ledger's own numeric loan id and travels as itself. source is an enum and arrives lower-case: at_origination · correction · backfill.
