Registry facts for the signed-in tenant

GET/lokta-lms/api/v1/tenant-info

Returns the identifier, the name and the expiry of the tenant the request runs against.

identifier, name, expiresAt (UTC ISO-8601 or null). The nearing-expiry verdict is the reader's to derive.
