Retrieve the document classification template

GET/lokta-lms/api/v1/{entityType}/{entityId}/documents/template

The document categories, and the tags under each, that this entity type's documents may be filed as.

Example Requests:

loans/1/documents/template
clients/1/documents/template

An entity type this instance does not classify (staff, client_identifiers, import) returns an empty list
rather than an error: its documents can still be uploaded, they simply carry no classification.
