The loan-level evidence behind a draft

GET/lokta-lms/api/v1/draft-invoices/{id}/evidence

Lists the accruals behind a draft invoice, one row per accrual.

One row per accrual behind the draft's lines (line_no narrows to one line). Each row records the basis, its amount and the rate on the row, so a figure can be explained years later against terms revised since.
