Retrieve one draft invoice, with its lines

GET/lokta-lms/api/v1/draft-invoices/{id}

Returns one draft invoice with its lines and the basis of each.

The approver's basis: per line, the basis, rate/flat, base amount, computed amount, the terms version applied, loan count and the exact day-range; plus the identity snapshot taken at production and who produced it, when.
