List a partner's contacts

GET/lokta-lms/api/v1/sourcing-partners/{partnerId}/contacts

Lists the contacts of a sourcing partner.

Primary first, then oldest. Identical to the contacts array embedded in the partner detail; one query serves both, so the standalone list cannot drift from the nested one. Fetch whichever is convenient.

purpose is distinct from role in the way that matters on a screen: the role is their title, the purpose is what you contact them about.
