Edit a contact

PATCH/lokta-lms/api/v1/sourcing-partners/{partnerId}/contacts/{contactId}

Edits a contact of a sourcing partner.

Null means "leave alone", never "clear". A form carrying only an email must not erase a phone number it never had a field for. To blank a value, send an empty string.

No is_primary here either; use POST …/{contactId}/primary.
