Retrieve one sourcing partner

GET/lokta-lms/api/v1/sourcing-partners/{id}

Returns one sourcing partner with its details, contacts, current terms and status history.

The list shape plus details, contacts, current_terms, document_count, bank_account_count and status_history, enough to draw a partner page in one call.

details is null when the legal dossier was never captured, which is a different state from captured-and-empty. current_terms is the partner's default agreement in force; a product-specific override is not "current", since it applies only to that product.

Carries an ETag; send it back as If-Match on a PATCH so a concurrent edit cannot be silently overwritten.
